Always a good experience when I come to sports clip. I was previously with Rachel but she got a promotion to another store. Congrats to her. Now to find another stylist to cut my hair. I came in and Carissa took me on as a client. She is a new employee and has not been there long. She was a pleasure to be with. She was very professional and very polite. She was great to have a conversation with. She did a very good job on my hair and I will be her client now as long as she is at this store. Thank you Carissa for the hair cut and the kind experience. I have been using your franchise for about 7 years now. Started with the Sports Clips in Tracy, moved down to Oakdale and found yours. I am always fully satisfied with my cut, and of course the MVP treatment. Maddie did not disappoint. My haircut was great, especially being that I was over 3 weeks past when I normally get one, she did a great job. I was her first customer of the day, and she hit a homerun, right out of the gate. Plus, thanks to Kimmie remembering, I had won a prize from the Veterans Day drawings. Always a good thing.

My stylist is wonderful at what she does. I do not know how to spell her name correctly but it is something like Falekah. Lori and Michael were also very great.
Danie was not bad either, and she recommended the Tea Tree product line, which has been great for my hair. I use the shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. I love them all. I have been coming to the Town Center site for 7.5 years. I have no desire or interest in going anywhere else.
