I became a fan of Sport Clips probably a decade ago because of the ability to check in online. For years I was happy with the "first available" stylist - all of them were very good. After seeing Jenna a couple of times, I now always request her. She gives the best cuts, and is extremely friendly and professional. Thanks Jenna!
Amazing Customer service
Ashley made the whole experience amazing. She was very detailed oriented. She saw I was having a bad day and went the extra mile to make sure I was leaving with a well groomed hair cut and with a smile on my face. Highly recommend Ashley for the quality of haircut she provides as well as the customer relations she can maintain really demonstrates how lucky sport clips is to have this young lady on your team.
Although the sports on TV and all-female stylists on staff is simply man-bait and sexist, I get a good haircut nearly every visit and am treated very kindly, and the people are friendly and professional.

I love Fal she is amazing super cool person, always in a good mood, she’s fast and always is fun to BS with. She’s so cool I’m making sure I bring her back something cool when I go to Vietnam next week. Everyone in there, can cut hair well, I have had most of them cut my hair also.
Victoria did a fantastic job on my haircut. I haven't been to her for 2 years, due to covid restrictions. I live 4 hours away and used the mobile check in for my appointment time.
She explained everything thoroughly before starting to cut.

If I may make one recommendation: It would be great if Sportclips would allow for a small number of actual appts daily so that folks like me can schedule out. It's difficult at times to fit your format into a day especially if a person finds a stylist they like and trust. Changing stylists regularly is not preferred so I sometimes have to skip a cut or miss a week if Jenna isn't available. Just something you may consider. I think your format works well for a lot of people but I'm sure there are plenty that it doesn't work well for. I would think there is an equitable balance between your current format and a schedule based approach. I would think it would likely fill some gaps in your business model. Just my $.02.
