I like that I can check in from my phone and get real time updates on wait times. I like that the stylist pay attention to what I want and ask the appropriate questions concerning my cut. 10/10 I’ll be back in 6 weeks for another cut.

They were friendly, greeted customer as they came in. Associate cut my sons hair and she did an amazing job. My son even mentioned that the service was awesome. Highly recommend.
The whole experience from checking in on line to paying on the way out is absolutely great. Even if my preferred person is not available there's notes so they know exactly what to ask/do. Kimmie is the best. She cuts my hair and trims my mustache and beard exactly like I like it and does a perfect job everytime.

Love the MVP experience. Fahleaka does a great job cutting my hair. Takes her time and is always friendly, she has a good demeanor and is always professional when answering the phone and interacting with customers. Store is always clean and the right sports are on tv when I’m there.
I have been coming to Sports Clips for quite awhile now, and see no reason to change that. As 90% of the time, I had Kimmee do my MVP service, though probably will not see her for awhile, something about having a baby, Congratulations Kimmee! But I know when I do come in for my next MVP service, it will be just as good as it always if. Your staff is great, and always provides great customer service.
