Never tried products. Service is better since appointments began so that wait can be managed. Stylists - though different on different days - are quite skillful and adept at their art! Only once have I had to get my hair fixed. The FREE trims between visits is a great perk!!

I like that you keep a record of the style of haircut that I get. This way, if I get a different stylist, they will know how I like to have it done.
Always a great experience for both my 15 year old and 11 year old when they get hair cuts. The employees always engage in appropriate and friendly conversation, and listen to the boys as to how they want their hair cut. Both my boys have crazy cowlicks, so blending the back of their hair to the cut they like can be difficult, but the stylists always do a great job and my boys are always happy.

Fast and easy. Appointment system works well.
I registered online. The actual time was only about 1/2. I got to the store and I was the only person waiting. There was only one person getting their hair cut. He left and as I waited, Sam got a call from someone trying to register online. It showed him a 2 hour wait. Sam took care of him and I noticed......there is nobody there other than me, but there is a 2 hour wait online. There have been times it shows a long wait, and I walk in and get attended to right away.

A full online roster, but no wait.....at all.
It's probably easier to manage clients one at a time.

I am a woman. I shaved my head a year ago & haven’t been able to find anyone that knows how to cut & style short hair. I tried Sports Clips & my experience was phenomenal!! Missy cut my hair exactly how it was suppose to be. I’ll definitely be returning….about every 8 weeks!! Thank you Missy!! :)
