Yasnetti is personable and skilled in her profession. Not just cutting hair, but providing good work and a good environment. She will eventually outgrow your operation if you don't give her a raise or offer her a management position.

I'VE WAITED TILL TODAY TO SAY THIS. I AM SO ANGRY WITH MYSELF ABOUT THE CARE I RECIEVED FROM YOUR STORE. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES FOR MY HAIRCUT SO I DECIDED TO GO TO APPLEBEE'S. I WAS STARVING AND ORDERED A BIG AF STEAK TO QUENCH MY PALATE. ENVEN TREATED MYSELF TO A ROOT BEER. AS I WAS WAITING FOR MY LUNCH, I GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT MY CHAIR WOULD BE READY IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES. I HAD TO TAKE MY STEAK TO GO, THE STEAK I HAD BEEN DYING TO EAT, AND PUT IT IN MY CAR. WHEN I GOT INSIDE THE SHOP I GOT A BIG SMILE FROM MARISSA. SHE IS A SOOTHING PRESENCE OF POSITIVITY. SHE HAS DONE MY HAIR MULTIPLE TIMES, BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. NORMALLY SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING. THIS TIME SHE WAS OFF. SHE WAS EXTRA NICE THIS TIME AROUND. IT WAS WHAT I NEED SINCE I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY. I AM SO ANGRY THAT, AFTER SHE GAVE ME THE BEST DOUBLE VIP OF MY LIFE, I FORGOT TO LEAVE MY TIP. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. THANK YOU!
