The cream-colored carpet had not been cleaned for sometime and had picked up dirt of different types. Lately, workers had walked around bringing various materials to fix things in the basement. After talking to a manager in the Sierra Restoration Company, I decided to try the Zeroez Cache Valley's services.
Before the gentleman came to my house, I was to vacuum the carpet well which I did. Upon arrival, the gentleman looked over the situation and quickly got to work. When finished, he asked how I felt about the cleaning job. I was pleasantly surprised because most of the spots had lifted plus all the other carpeted areas were so clean that the carpet looked like new. In fact, as he told me, a particularly large dark gray spot would lighten as it dried and it did. Even though the gentleman worked with two smaller oiled spots, the oil residue would not lift. But they are now a greyish color.
The gentleman indicated that any places on the carpet could be given another shot of cleaner if I was not satisfied. The hoses were still on the front porch waiting for my approval or disapproval. My vote was in the affirmative and I paid for the services rendered. The gentleman packed up equipment and was off.
My vote is to highly recommend the Zeroez Cache Valley company. And, I plan to use the company in the near future to clean three sofas. Thank you!
