I really appreciated how attentive and careful they were while cleaning. They got all of the gross spots out! Be warned that just because they got the carpet, doesn’t mean the padding underneath is cleaned. So one day those spots will come back (or maybe not!) But they cleaned it, and for now that’s all I wanted!

Great service. They did a great job on my carpets. I KNOW they got up the dirt in my carpet! How do I know? I always would get a ton of dirt and dust buildup in my vacuum canisters and filters that I had to clean on a regular basis. I cleaned out the canister and filters in both my vacuums. When I used them after my carpets were cleaned, there was NO dirt and dust build up! Their method really works well. They even took the time to work on some stains on my stairs.

Excellent service. The technician did a thorough job and even added a treatment for a pet odor that only I could smell! The result is fantastic. Its been 2 weeks now and we have clean carpets and the house smells better than it has since we bought it. We will definitely use them again.
