I believe that the employee who did my carpet cleaning did a very thorough job. He got rid of a big stain that was in my dining room and several others from having an older dog. I was very happy to see how good the carpet looked.

I really appreciated how attentive and careful they were while cleaning. They got all of the gross spots out! Be warned that just because they got the carpet, doesn’t mean the padding underneath is cleaned. So one day those spots will come back (or maybe not!) But they cleaned it, and for now that’s all I wanted!
Prompt, accommodating, and courteous service. Jake went the extra distance to shampoo the carpets with extra water in order to get some stained areas cleaner. It worked! The carpet looks great.
