An excellent job cleaning my carpet but he didn't have enough protectant and there were no carpet protector blocks to protect carpet from possible wood stains, although that didn't happen because I had saved mine from last time you cleaned.

The crew did an amazing job! They were earlier than I expected, I selected the 10-2 window and they showed up around 9:15, luckily I had the day off so I could be there otherwise it would have been a problem. But the 2 who showed up (Isaiah was one and I can't remember the other) were so polite and professional. My only problem with what they did was leave on every single light in my house. It was a while before I could come back and they were on all day. But otherwise, I've already referred them out because I was so pleased with the service
The Zerorez team always does a great job and has really gone the extra mile to clean our carpets in the Kappa Delta Sorority House at USU. As you can imagine our carpets take a beating with 26 residents and 90+ chapter members that visit the house weekly.

Following a storm leak in the ceiling, you came out within 24 hours of my call for help. Your treatment killed the musty smell that was developing completely. Unfortunately, the discoloration of the carpet reappeared as it dried--this was no fault of yours. Your second treatment, several days later was not able to remove the discoloration--likely a result of the stained water from the roof. Both young men who came out were very professional!

Carpet remained soft after cleaning. Stains are gone. Tech was polite and knew his job. Honest and respectful.
I like the environmentally sound system - for regular carpet cleaning this is a great way to get carpets cleaned without residue and sticky soaps that just collect dirt faster the next time. - Very deep stains won't come out, so you have to do some pre-work there.
We love the courteous helpful staff and technicians but wow, we love how clean our carpets always turn out!! Thank you for your help again!
