The home inspection went well and Steve took the time to explain the issues to us at the end. The report arrived the same day which was nice. I did find the report a bit difficult to follow - the areas that didn't have a problem didn't specifically say, no problem observed, it was just blank. Some tabs have Observations & Recommendations but others don't and there seemed to be repetition with some tabs. This isn't a big problem but it did take some time to work thru the report. The repair list was very easy and I liked that format.

Everything… responsive, knowledgeable, thorough inspectors, detailed reports, now you guys are adding more value to agents by scheduling the other inspections like termite so you make it a one stop shop. Your pricing is a bit higher than other companies but I think it’s worth it because you guys have been consistently good over the years

Mark performed my home inspection and he was awesome. He didn't mind that I followed him around like a little puppy, peppering him with questions. Since this is my first house purchasing experience, he took his time to walk me through each of his procedures, why he does them, what the maintenance looks like and when I need to be doing it.
He also got my inspection report to me by 10 PM the same day he was there!
The techniques that Home Probe were quite creative (in my opinion) as it related to checking every inch of the house that others might miss.
I will forever use Home Probe for home inspections, and I'll also specifically request Mark!
