I'm so glad we were lucky enough to get Tom Lloyd to inspect a house we're considering purchasing! I've never had such a thorough inspector who is very knowledgeable on "everything house". He's certified to do thermal imaging scanning so that he can discover any moisture behind the walls and did a drone pictures of the roof to evaluate roof system. He also recommended additional inspections (such as sewer (Home probe did this with camera) and engineering (referral to a specialist) when he thought that the inspection warranted further investigation beyond his normal scope. These further inspections uncovered problems that couldn't be discovered in his home inspection. Furthermore, even after the inspection, Tom answered my phone calls for any other questions I had regarding the house. This is someone who cares that we purchase the home with eyes wide open - who educated us on his findings. He's knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. I feel so fortunate to have found Tom and Home-Probe to do our inspection! Anyone considering purchasing a home should consider hiring Home Probe and should definitely ask for Tom. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchase we make and it's worth spending a little money up front so that you get a good, thorough inspection so that there's not any big surprises once you move in.
