Knowledge and professional approach backed by integrity. I recommend bringing in an electrician and different pool inspector referral when a home has an inground pool. Sweetwater Pools missed significant issues at the home on Oglethorpe Way in 2022.

The home inspection went well and Steve took the time to explain the issues to us at the end. The report arrived the same day which was nice. I did find the report a bit difficult to follow - the areas that didn't have a problem didn't specifically say, no problem observed, it was just blank. Some tabs have Observations & Recommendations but others don't and there seemed to be repetition with some tabs. This isn't a big problem but it did take some time to work thru the report. The repair list was very easy and I liked that format.
