The inspector was extremely professional and thorough with the home inspection. Things that were under his purview, he described clearly and professionally. What he couldn't inspect or was outside his purview he explained and made appropriate recommendations.

If I could rate Mr. Lloyd higher than a 10, I would. I met Tom in-person for the inspection, and he was very professional and helpful in explaining to me what he was looking at and finding in a way that I was able to understand. At the end of his inspection, he gave me a verbal report, answered my questions, and recommended further inspections of specific areas of the home/property which were subsequently completed and provided great value. I received the full written report on the day which the inspection was performed (great turn-around time), and it was very detailed and easy to comprehend, even for a first-time homebuyer. I had additional follow up questions and Tom took the time to get on a call and answer them for me. I will absolutely utilize Home-Probe for future inspections and hope that Tom is available to complete them - tremendous value! Thank you!!
