Mark performed my home inspection and he was awesome. He didn't mind that I followed him around like a little puppy, peppering him with questions. Since this is my first house purchasing experience, he took his time to walk me through each of his procedures, why he does them, what the maintenance looks like and when I need to be doing it.
He also got my inspection report to me by 10 PM the same day he was there!
The techniques that Home Probe were quite creative (in my opinion) as it related to checking every inch of the house that others might miss.
I will forever use Home Probe for home inspections, and I'll also specifically request Mark!
