Ich hatte mein mtb zur Inspektion abgegeben, obwohl ich es nicht dort gekauft habe. Es wurde nur das gemacht, was notwendig war und nichts zusätzlich was verkauft, was nicht nötig war. Zum ersten Mal bin ich wirklich zufrieden, die Bremsen quietschen nicht mehr, was nach einer Inspektion im anderen Fahrrad Laden in Nagold der Fall war und mir damals gesagt wurde, es sei so. Und jetzt sehe ich, dass man es doch reparieren konnte und es wurde auch ganz normaler Preis dafür verlangt. Alle andere Fahrrad Läden in Nagold kann man vergessen-entweder nicht so kompetente oder sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.

Vielleicht könnte man das Akkugerät auf mindestens 3 aufladen bei der Auslieferung.

Ich wünschte mir etwas mehr Zeit für den einzelnen Kunden. Auch wenn er nur vergleichsweise kleine Artikel benötigt. Er kommt ja vielleicht mal wieder und benötigt ein Rad o. ä.
