What could we do to improve?

Super Laden, Hammer Personal und hochklassigste Qualität, die natürlich ihren Preis hat. Da mein Umfeld ebenso wenig Landgüter besitzt wie Ich und großteils noch zur Schule geht sind die Geldbeutel dementsprechend leer: Daher würde ich sie qualitativ absolut weiter empfehlen allerdings nur wenn kein Großeinkauf ansteht.

beworben wird eine klare Preis-Kommunikation vorab, diese gab es bei Abgabe des Fahrrades nicht.
Meinem Empfinden nach ist der Preis für die 1. Inspektion nach knapp über 200km doch sehr hoch! Ich war der Meinung, dass die Erstinspektion im Kaufpreis inbegriffen war, da der Kauf nun aber längere Zeit zurück lag (das Rad wurde aufgrund von Schwangerschaft und Babies auch nicht gefahren) erwarte ich nicht, dass die Inspektion noch als Teil des Kaufpreises durchgeführt wird, aber 133,- € für eine Durchsicht nach knapp über 200km empfinde ich doch als recht teuer!
Ich hoffe, dass dieses mal aber alles entsprechend gut eingestellt ist.
