Senior midday exercise classes are great! I also like the Senior lunch and learn.

I love the classes
They are geared to let everyone participte no matter what level they are. I like the variety of classes offered. I love the Zumba, yoga, spinning, and Pilatees. I truly miss it when I have to go up north.
There are activities for everybody. Yoga, Boot Camp, training, spinning not to mention that the trainers and the consultants and the front desk are all fabulous people. I like to go, especially for the Pickleball and there are loads of tennis courts back there. I belong to four gyms, four different gyms before I join the Y. I’m not going anywhere now. I love it there.
I have not participated in any programs or activities yet.

Susan D is the instructor for stretch fit - meeting at 8 am or 7:45 am. She is the best ever! Gets my day off to a great start! This is a fabulous class!!!! I am leaving for the summer and I’ll miss her class terribly!
Nice gym. Clean and well maintained. Good choice of machines and equipment.

Tons of classes which I like more than any other in the area
I think the programs are tailored for each individual and there are plenty to choose from. I love coming to the Y and wish I could come more. Right now I can’t do any high intensity programs and are grateful for the ones I can do
The group sessions are very good. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Having diverse programs is a plus you can try a variety of exercises.
Everything is great, I enjoy going to the Y most days of the week, my observation is the Y dress code says no sports bras, and a shirt is required, but obviously not enforced in Venice or Englewood YMCA,l. If you have a dress code then enforce it, if you dont have a dress code then dont. We are the YMCA after all.
