So far I have only participated in a few group classes (no equipment yet) but I have been very pleased with the level of professionalism and care. The front desk people are also very friendly and helpful.

Well I have only been a member for a few months, so have not seen any of the programs, I have always been a member of the YMCA, I was a member of the Y in Quincy Massachusetts for 30 years, so coming down to Florida, I had to join, but so far I love it, and this Y is no different, friendly people, at the desk, all was willing to help, 😊
There is something for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff make going there a pleasure.
Yoga & fitness.
I enjoy the variety of classes available, the weight equipment, and the friendliness of the staff and employees. The facility is clean and presents a very nice atmosphere for keeping you in shape and your body and mind healthy.
Sr classes
There’s a great variety of classes to choose from, pool schedule offers plenty of chances to use it, love the new machines on the first and second floors. Machines are kept in good repair and staff is grateful when you report an issue. Front staff is always friendly and helpful.

The programs are well rounded and the instructors (Jen S, Jen O and Missy) are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about what they are teaching.
The steam room and jacuzzi mainly. Pools too.

Flexibility, lots of class options. Plus, there are all sorts of other opportunities to give back to the community.
I love the basketball gym, the smaller resistance training area upstairs, the stretching room upstairs in the back, and the track. My elderly mother enjoys the outdoor hot tub. We have also taken youth pickleball classes there. I appreciate how my son can lift weights with me and how the Y is truly family friendly. Would love to see homeschool programs there and happy to help with that if it’s of interest :)

Swimming pool is awesome. Lifeguards very friendly.
