Friendly staff, very helpful in selecting proper bike and sizing for my daughter. So impressed that we went to purchase 1 bike and ended up buying 3. Went home and went on our normal ride and went a little longer with no fatigue at all.

Katie is an amazing person who showed a sincere desire to help a family in need whose bikes had been stolen. She was also a problem solver when there were some kinks attaching accessories to the bikes we purchased. Very capable, very friendly, very service oriented and I would recommend this bike to everyone! I am looking for other ways to throw business in this direction.
