This is a wonderful store to purchase or rent bicycles. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about their products and the service is excellent.
Very customer oriented service , friendly and listened to what we were interested in to provide guidance in the picture. A little disappointed when picking up bikes with some lack of instruction, information about bicycles. However, the store was busy while my wife and I were there.

It was very easy purchasing a bike through Rehoboth Cycle Sports. When I was unable to get a bike in the Northern Virginia metropolitan area, I called Rehoboth Cycle Sports and they were very accommodating. They had the specific bike I wanted in stock and I was able to purchase over the phone and have a friend pick-up the bike for me. They even registered the bike with Trek for me and put a kick stand on the bike.
I look forward to visiting the shop the next time I am at Rehoboth Beach.
The owners are extremely genuine people that show in every way they care about the consumer and not just making a sale. The want you to be certain of what you are buying and will spend the time to get to know you and truly help you, not just give you a sales pitch.

I stopped in with a tire inflation problem and left the bike for a day. When you couldn't find a puncture and the tire maintained correct inflation, you called to tell me there was no apparent cause and that no repair was needed. When I picked up the bike, you said there would be no charge. Even when I tried to purchase a gift card for future use, you were adamant that I didn't need to do that. Such kind treatment characterizes the owners of Rehoboth Cycle Sports.

Nice range of products. Great knowledge of them. Very friendly, no pressure people. When I’ve returned a product that just wasn’t right did me there were no hassles and no questions asked. They even let me yeti other models to see if there was something I might like better. Recommend them.
