Katie was great to work with! We were in a rush to have our bikes inspected due to an accident and she made it happen. She also helped us with excellent rental bikes. The entire staff was also very understanding of our situation and were very kind to us.

In a day and age when most companies don’t pick up the phone to talk to their customers but instead use automated voice messaging system‘s my hat is off to Rehobeth Cycles because each time I called a human picked up that was very knowledgeable about their business and sincerely paid attention to my needs and we’re responsive to all my questions and requests
