Everybody went above and beyond and beyond to help me with my with my domani SL7 . They were very polite very patient and very courteous I can't say enough how happy my experience was there.
General lack of maintenance on the bikes:
The tires on my bike had almost no tread and slipped on some spots of the trail where there was a build-up of bluestone dust. It was quite dangerous. Other bikers had no problems in these spots.
My daughter's chain was rusty, and looked like it had never been lubricated. Her lock was very difficult to use, since the key was extremely difficult to insert.

friendly, responsive, good quality bikes
Katie and her husband were very knowledgeable. Katie helped my fiancé with adjustments to make the bike fit her for a test drive. They explained the different features between bike models so we could make a informed decision. We bought the bike for my fiancé . I liked the service we got so much that I went back the next day and put a deposit on a bike for me that will be coming in April. I highly recommend this place to do business with.

The team was ready for me—they knew the details of my order as soon as I said hi, had the bikes ready to go (and made all the adjustments and changes I asked for) and made the return process incredibly easy! It’s the best way to get around Rehoboth!
