Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff for people of all biking experience. They are honest and up front, especially in light of the shipping delays and pets shortages. They never tried to tell me my bike would be in earlier than it realistically would, which I really appreciated.

Amazing customer services. So kind and helpful answering all of my questions. They’re happy to help me out learning to use my new bicycle and helmet. I haven’t been on a bicycle in over 30 years, so I have lots of silly questions.

I ordered a bicycle. After a while i was told the bicycle was no longer available and was offered something else instead. I didn't feel pressure to order the other option and was given time to make a decision. I eventually received a call that they did find the original bike that I ordered. They went above and beyond in order to fill my order and I really appreciated that!
