We've only had a meet and greet so far, but we were INCREDIBLY impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the care the dogs were under. And our puppy had a blast :)
Our dogs are always happy to go. I can see them on the cameras and watch what they're doing during the day 7. There is al Linds of activities for the dogs and the grooming salon was really good and convenient.
Chester springs location is clean and the hours are perfect. My dog has been going to this location for years and the staff is the best it has ever been. Melissa is an amazing manager and at this point if she left we probably would too.

Everyone seems friendly and our dog seems to eat ok when we board her. She also doesn’t smell like a “ kennel” when we pick her up.! We love being able to check in by video. It makes a huge difference!
