All the staff are super friendly and remember both me and my dog. I like seeing my dog play on the cameras and there is always someone working in the room. I’m so glad I have a place to take my dog to play with other dogs.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and my dog Sweeney always comes home having had a super fun day with all the staff and doggies. Sad to see Alex moved on but happy for him!
Very kind professional dog lovers. They were happy to meet my pup who has stayed in Dogtopias in 2 states since 2019. This was our first Gainesville experience and I can happily admit we were not disappointed.

Everyone is always nice when I drop off my dog, Beau M. He is always excited when he visits. I like being able to watch him on the cameras. I like when they have crafts and pictures to take home. I also like that they also offer spa services for Beau. He's always tired when he comes home from a weekend away, or just a day visit, and cuddles with me on the couch.
The hours are convenient and the staff is friendly. My dog loves going there and looks forward to it every week.
