Alex and everyone at the Stamford location always go out of their way when it comes to taking care of my dog Spencer (I have him there every day of the week while working and also will have him occasionally do overnights on the weekends). He loves playing with the other dogs and always comes home with me afterwards happy and a little tired. What more could I ask for?

At first I was nervous about bringing my fur babies to a pet daycare center. I had a neighbor that used Dogtopia and I thought I'd check them out. I have been pleased. I have a furson that is a bit of a nervous Nelly. I thought bringing him to daycare would be good to expose him to other dogs, spend some of the energy he has and to get him used to being around other people. So far so good and I am appreciative.
The staff communicates very well and my dog comes home happy every time.
My dog is very happy every time we go and leave. The staff is genuinely friendly and dog loving so I have no worries about her while gone. Even if I did, I could jump onto the Webcam and she's always playing or following the staff around because she likes them.

I’ve been bring my dog to Dogtopia of port Chester for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and clearly love what they do and really seem to know their stuff when it comes to dogs. My pup always comes home tired and happy which is a good sign that he had a good time! One of my favorite things is that they have cameras so I can check on him during the day. It’s really reassuring, especially in the beginning. You can just tell the whole place has a good vibe, and the people there genuinely care about the dogs. Highly recommended!
The staff is wonderful and very caring. My dog had a very difficult time adapting to being near people outside the family. The coaches made him feel comfortable and safe and after a while, he was able to go to the room with the other dogs!
Although we have a crate set up for our dog, he wouldn't go near it. At Dogtopia, they worked with him to get him comfortable and now he will go into the crate at Dogtopia.

Thought it was easy to setup appointments. Friendly staff. Lowered my rating due to on arrival not having complete reservation information. Cost of Bennett’s stay and grooming significantly increased. Charged additional nail trim when already being charged for the works spa service. Did not realize that it was extra cost for quick nail powder, to stop nail bleed due to tech cutting into Bennett’s nail quick. That was not explained to me until after when I got home and looked at the two receipts. $60 for spa, $15 for nail trim. The staff also didn’t realize pickup date. It was put in my reservation and my husband filled out paperwork on drop off. We were still away when I received a text saying are you picking up Bennett? 15 minutes before the center closed. Saw the message after 7 no follow up was given besides no one available to answer my message.when I texted back the date we were returning and picking up Bennett. Hard to see what webcam was on to check on Bennett. Bennett is usually very happy at Dogtopia. I don’t usually have concerns dropping him off.
I love the activities you guys do
I love that activities are offered for Cash to do. I know he looks forward to coming to Dogtopia. I do also like that I can check in via the Webcam to see how he is doing throughout the day.
