I like how professional and informant the staff is. The additional specials for holidays and other occasions where the dogs get treats. Also bathing, nail cutting and brushing the teeth.

Harley sleeps for at least a day when we pick her up, so we know she has been very active and playing with other dogs.
Quick and efficient. Whatever shampoo is used for baths, is lovely! I can still smell it 2 days later and her coat is super shiny!
We have been to Dogtopia since our boy was a pup and he absolutely loves it there. The staff is incredible and great with him, they are patient and treat our boy like their own. They do special treat days and picture days which remind me of when my kids used to be in preschool. The spa services are usually great and they do a wonderful job to make sure your dog is comfortable.
The facility is maintained and kept well, it’s clean and does not smell bad like other dog daycares we tried out. The location and parking is convenient as well. Our dog is well taken care of at daycare and when we board him. He looks forward to going to “Dogtopia” and always come back home happy and tired.

Very easy to book a reservation. Like the flexibility of half or full days. Very happy to see the emphasis on cleanliness and safety for the dogs.

I have been bringing my pup into Dogtopia Navy Yard for over 4 years. It’s a peace of mind knowing that my dog is in an environment he loves.
The best part of Dogtopia is undoubtedly the staff. They are incredibly accommodating to any specific needs and it’s evident that they are “dog people.” I feel like they love my pup just as much as I do!
A great feature is the cameras and being able to check-in on my pup during the day, but it’s not needed. I’m confident that they are doing a great job and if any concerns arise they will reach out via text or call. As long as they maintain their amazing staff and compassionate atmosphere, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The convenience and flexibility
Dogtopia of Woodbridge employees are incredibly caring and give so much attention to our dog's needs. From helping him feel comfortable with a new employee to understanding his needs for down time or lesser stimulating environments. Our pup always goes in a wagging tail and leaves wanting to keep playing. Even with some recent staff changes, the consistency in quality of care has remained exceptional.
I love that activities are offered for Cash to do. I know he looks forward to coming to Dogtopia. I do also like that I can check in via the Webcam to see how he is doing throughout the day.
Took good care of my German Shepherd, when he doesn’t want to be with others they let him be by himself in his suite and didn’t force him to come out if he didn’t want to.
