The staff is very friendly
Easy pickup and drop off. The dogs are free to wander about your spacious play areas for a large part of their day and are not kept crated. Webcam coverage through out the day to see my pup.
I like that your facility is clean and calm with not too many dogs in the same room. My pup usually sleeps most of the day because I’m working at home in a quiet house, so I wanted to ensure that he would be able to find a cozy corner to snooze if he wanted to. During the meet and greet, the front desk receptionist and dog handler were super friendly and made me fee comfortable leaving my fur-baby with them and the other little dogs for a few hours. He aced his report card and I’m so proud! I’m looking forward to bringing him back for the days I work in the office, which is walking distance from Dogtopia!

We love Dogtopia and everyone who works there. Jax is a very special boy with special needs and everyone takes such great care of him while he is there in their care. The staff goes above and beyond for your pet. They also provide bath options after your boarding as well as full grooming services. We love Kathy and her team.

The facility is very clean. We had gone to shop around at other doggy daycares and this one just beats cleanliness by a long shot. The people are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is an issue is that my dog is on the smaller side so she is put in a smaller room with barely any interaction. I see that the other rooms get more human interaction than the wee room. I understand that the room is smaller and the smaller dogs have to stay in there for protection from the bigger dogs, but I do think a little more human interaction or a bigger space to allow the staff to enter and interact with them would be better. Otherwise, I think this place is amazing.
