I love Dogtopia and so does my dog Brisket. Once we pull up he can’t wait to go see his friends inside both human and doggy. I always feel at ease when he’s there that he’s being treated well. Everyone is always very nice to us.

The staff genuinely cares about the dogs and excels at their job. They ensure fun and safe play, and they notice any unusual behavior, alerting owners if necessary. The manager on Penny's meet and greet was very kind, caring, answered all my questions. I feel like Penny was well taken care of on that day and has been since. When I was having issues with the app, the IT team was prompt at fixing those problems. Overall, a great group of dog-loving individuals.
The staff is always welcoming and my dog has bonded with man of them! I know he is in a safe place and enjoys being there.
He has come a long way from being a dog who didn't trust most people and now enjoys being there.
