I was a little apprehensive about bringing my 13 year young Cockerpoo in for doggy daycare. He has never been in daycare and in truth he doesn't always do well even when going to his groomer appointments. With an upcoming out of state family wedding next month, I have no one available to stay with my little guy. A little bit of research online, I came across Dogtopia.
To my surprise, and absolute delight, he adjusted immediately after dropping him off. I was able to check on him throughout the day on the webcam. He was in the toybox room with dogs similar in size and energy level. There was a staff member constantly present in the open playroom. I'm confident by the time my trip comes up next month, my little guy, will be fully acclimated to his doggy daycare routine.

Everyone is very friendly. There was a time a few months ago where there was a man at the front desk, and he wasn't friendly at all. However, when I brought my dog this week the familiar friendly ladies were present, and I was pleased to see them. Everyone (except the man that was there a few months ago) are kind, gentle, personable and wonderful with the dogs. The facility is very clean, and my dog always has a wonderful time!
The customer service is always perfect. They give reports of how my dog is doing. The staff really makes me feel like my dog is safe with them. I highly recommend!

I like the convenient drop off policy. If I have a 2 hour zoom or unexpected appointment, I am grateful that I can drop off Pippa. The staff is very friendly and caring. I love they know her when I come, no matter how long it's been between visits. I trust Dogtopia because of the feedback from the staff.

Everyone is so friendly at the Garden City Location. Huge Shout out to Colin and his team. Before Colin it was a mess! They turned my dog away 2 times for being scared. ( she was a puppy with no dog interation.... AKA why we would take her to daycare...
Colin completly understood this and helped with my dog in so many ways. Now she is confident and walks in like she owns the place! All the girls are so sweet and take care of my dog like there own. I love walking in at 7am and the whole team greets my dog with a smile ( me too).
