Everything. But most of all the staff is amazing at Shrewsbury location. They take such good care of our Winnie girl. Making reservations are easy and they so accommodating especially w Winnie special diet.

everyone is friendly, polite obviously loves animals and also very nice to humans. i can schedule online with no hassles. just need to do something about the smell when you first walk into dogtopia i am very sensitive to smells. im sure its not as bad as i make it out to be.
