Everything but the wait to drop off and pick up. Some nights it’s so long with basically 1 person trying to do it all. Some mornings dropping off the lights are not on in the toy room, telling me the dogs are just put in the cages. Normally I would not fill out the survey but I’m standing in line to pick up on a busy schedule. Again everyone is nice but you need more employees
Everyone there is wonderful. Avery loves being there they take such good care of her and it’s a relief for myself to know she’s in good hands and safe having fun. I also love all the events they do for the dogs it makes it fun for everyone.
The staff is very friendly. I like that i've been contacted about giving my dog additional treats/treats of the day.

Our dog, Boone, is such a solid and large dog. He loves the interaction with all the other dogs and Dogtopia Employees, especially Yaela. He never is hesitant to enter the facility. We had him for a sleep over at Dogtopia, and when we picked him up, he just acted as if it was another new day. Boone loves it at Dogtopia.I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone seeking companionship and activities for their dog.

I do wish front reception had less of a "wet doggie" aroma in the air; but, I have to remember---this is a doggie place! So, it is ok!

The staff is very knowledgeable about the needs of my dog Nutmeg. She is always greeted with enthusiasm. The staff always asks me if I wish Nutmeg to participate in whatever daily activities. But they do not pressure you. The staff advises me of how Nutmeg does each day . They are concerned about her needs and mine. I like the fact I can observe the playroom during the day. I know Nutmeg likes going to Dogtopia as she gets excited when we arrive in parking lot! Tail wagging!! Crying with excitement!!

The employees are friendly and clearly know a lot about dog behaviors. I liked that we could watch our dog playing with the other dogs.
My pup is well taken care of! He goes in happy and leaves happy. They are so flexible and accommodating , working around my needs for pet care, both daycare and boarding. Salon services are also excellent!

Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I go in to drop off or pick up my dog, he is greeted by name with excitement. I am confident he recieves great care and love while he is there.
We love Dogtopia!! My 1 year old puppy Scuttle has the best time when I drop him off!!
