Friendly and attentive staff from the moment you walk in through the meet & greet. The facility is well maintained with access to webcams to check in on your pup throughout their day. Not only did my puppy love his trial visit but I see a great improvement in his energy, temperament, and development already.
I love being able to check in on them during the day and that I get honest feedback about how their day was at pickup.
They are really good with the dogs and truly care about the care of the dogs. They are great at keeping you informed about your dogs behavior.
The staff all seem very kind. We like that we can watch Milo right on our phones. Milo always come home happy and exhausted.

I enjoy bringing Gene to Dogtopia in Westmont! He gets so excited to go and always has a great time there. I so appreciate the time and care the team shows Gene when he is there. He has a unique personality and I love that the team is so nurturing toward him. I also greatly appreciate that the team took on the feedback i provided last time - in that there were often large lag times / understaffing in the morning where there would be a lot of pups waiting. This has not happened again since then. In addition, i asked that the team be more mindful in putting Gene's bridle on when he leaves - this has improved dramatically and the whole team has taken up the challenge of figuring it out! I really appreciate how the team reacted to my feedback and made our overall experience so much better. Thank you Brandon and team!!!
The staff are very nice and friendly. I love the structure of the daycare. Having access to the cameras in the play rooms is nice. It gives me so much relief seeing how my fur baby is doing with her furry friends.
Staff is attentive and clearly care about the dogs. I forgot to bring my dog's meds when I dropped him off for boarding and the person at check in asked about his medication. If they hadn't asked, my dog would've gone a whole weekend without his meds!

My dog loves coming in, that wouldn't happen if the dogs weren't getting along, having fun, or if the staff was unkind. I love that I can watch him on camera, and see how his day is going. I love that Dogtopia offers "extras" on some days. Fun things for dogs and their parents to look forward too. And that they give back! That's a big bonus
