Staff is always polite, knowledgeable and enjoyable to interact with both on phone and in person. Staff will call or text promptly if there is an incident with Bella. Spa services have been exceptional as groomer takes time to communicate any physical issues they observe during grooming process. Staff takes time to get to know the dogs in their care and work on making dogs comfortable as possible particularly when dog is being kenneled. We feel confident that our Bella is being well cared for as evidenced by her excitement when we tell her that it's time to go to Dogtopia. She is walked twice a day when home and heads towards sidewalk when we head out. But when we say Dogtopia, Bella gets excited and heads straight to our car ! Have used Dogtopia for several years and are extremely satisfied with their services. Have used others but both our both Bella and us agree, Dogtopia is by far the best experience we've had!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Felicia is consistently professional and pleasant to see at drop off and pick up. More than anything, my dog loves to be there and that assuages our guilt in having to leave her.

Lots of special events ; the staff shows true love for the dogs; fair prices and our do can't wait to go there and is very tired when she comes home which tells us she had a very active and enjoyable day.
Tilly and I went for our meet & greet last week. Everyone was super nice. I watched Tilly with the other dogs on the Ipad. She seemed to be having a great time.
This was the first time our dog was at doggie daycare. She had so much fun interacting with the other dogs. She was so tired when she got home and we knew she made some new doggie friends at Dogtopia daycare. We look forward to our dog coming back.

We had a great first visit here. Charley played for about 5 hours after passing the temperament evaluation. It was fun to watch her on the cameras interact with the other dogs. The staff was very welcoming and everything in the facility was clean. The monitor they use to track each dog’s activity level is amazing and very reinforcing of how beneficial the exercise and socialization is for each dog.
