Employees seemed welcoming, pet friendly and happy to be there working. Have tested out the services with the exception of the couple hours at the Meet and Greet but the pups seemed happy. Space was clean, organized and open.

Their flexibility and genuine care for the pups truly stand out! Some of the more experienced staff are incredibly observant—one quickly noticed that our pup was too nervous in the big dog room and thoughtfully moved her to the Toybox with some large-breed puppies. The change made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I like the way I can view my boy during the day with the web cam. I also love the staff they are kind, considerate, and always willing to help with issues or with just hanging with my best friend. They actually look and act like they love their job of taking care of the fur babies!
The only thing that I do not like is that there is no outside play area. I am hopeful that may come in time or not but either way I love this place and do does my boy! Thank you for all you do!
