She consistently checks in about digital proofs, sends photos and pricing when she finds great options on the 75% off rack, and makes sure I’m aware of good opportunities. When I visited the store, she walked me through different brands and styles, explained which would work best for my needs, and even encouraged me to try items on so I could confidently speak to sizing for my customers.
The quality of the finished products has been great, but the customer service is what truly sets Big Frog apart. My shirts were good quality and the printing on them looked great! I got caps with embroidery on them and they looked awesome! The turn-around time was fast and the price was reasonable.

As a special needs teacher at Prosper ISD, I began ordering shirts for my students and my team at the Frisco location. I genuinely appreciate how eager the staff is to assist with my orders. They provide previews of unfinished products so I can review them, and are given time to request any needed changes before the order is finalized. They also offer a safe, secure link for convenient payments.

The prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time is quick. The staff remains consistently professional, cooperative, and efficient, delivering excellent service and great quality every time. Rather than ordering team shirts from Amazon, I plan to continue ordering our t-shirts from Big Frog in Frisco.

Great quality sweatshirts polo shirts, totes and aprons. Everyone at Big Frog is friendly and helpful, and the service is solid. We recently had an apron designed and it is fabulous - colorful and fun, and perfect for our event!
