The personalized care and the quality of the product - With the white t-shirts we ordered - we were not aware that they were so see through - You may want to put a blurb or something letting people know that - it was no biggie for our event - but I could see where people might be upset by that - other than that.....they were PERFECT!!! AND - the little kids shirt you made were absolutely ADORABLE and the parents were SO thrilled with them!
