The helpfulness of the staff in particular the designer that helps you devise the images for the product- she was particularly patient, pleasant and good humored as I used internet based sites, collected possible images, selected fonts and took time as I made my choices....sometimes it took a moment! I appreciated that I never felt pressured by the time the process took.

I've had imprints on T-shirts a couple times now and the quality has been excellent! Actually once was on a sweatshirt front and back. Both times I had taken a photo in from my phone and that's what they worked with. Absolutely excellent work. Customer service is top-notch. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!
The base shirt and jacket quality is very good and the embroidery quality is excellent. Everything ordered was completed in a pretty timely manner and pickup from the store was nice and easy. Overall a wonderful experience!
