I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for the customer service. I accidentally placed an order at the Upper West Side location when I searched for local services here in Arkansas, and they were incredibly quick to respond. When I realized the mistake on Saturday at 1 p.m., I called, and Jasper immediately helped me. He spoke with his manager, found a more affordable shipping option for my large package, shipped it the same day, and even called me afterward to let me know he had recalculated the cost and issued a refund for the difference. Truly a 10/10 experience in every way!
