The quality of the shirts we ordered was great and the service was exceptional. After a terrible experience with another company, we were left in a bind. I called Big Frog hoping for a miracle. Phoebe was very professional, listened to my needs and we made a plan. In just one day she designed the shirt and sent for our approval. We only had to wait for the shirts to arrive to be printed. The whole experience was fast, professional and stress free. The shirts look great and I’m telling everyone I know about the great quality and service we received at Big Frog!!

I think the pricing is fair and you guys do a great job. The turnaround time tends to be longer than I would like though and on my most recent order, I kept emailing and never could get anyone to respond.

All I have to say is that ya’ll was there for me when I was in desperate need.
