Excellent service! The person who helped me was very nice, courteous, helpful, and thorough. She took the time to make sure the shirt would be just right - type of shirt, color etc. She also was very conscientious about making sure the picture that would be printed would be the right size, in the right position on the shirt, and would appear correctly.
The quality of the product I received was excellent - just as ordered and expected. Turnaround was quick. I ordered near the end of the day, and it was ready before noon the next day.

I have made two separate orders for custom decorated T-shirts as gifts from Big Frog, and both times have had quick and efficient, pleasant service from employees. On both occasions, I was greeted in a friendly way, and was given full attention as I described my projects. I only ordered two shirts, but was treated as if I had ordered a hundred. The staff walked me through the options and made ordering easy. The prices were very fair, the shirts came back before the expected time, and both times the shirts exceeded expectations for their appearance. I recommend Big Frog for their fine products and service.
