Excellent customer service with wide selection of services and products. Lots of styles, colors and choices.
I reached out to multiple companies to get pricing and check stock, most didn't even return my voice-mail or email. Big Frog was timely and efficient.
Very easy to work with and affordable.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have really love everything i have gotten. There have been a couple things that I was upset about. One of the tshirts I bought for my son ripped the first day he wore it. Both of the armpits ripped. I love the sweatshirt I just got but the lettering is the wrong color.

Erin did a great job designing the hoodies I purchased. One of her initial fonts had, we felt, an issue with little lack of clarity. She listened to our feedback, then offered us a choice of 2 other alternatives. We picked one. The resulting product looked so good, I bought an extra one for myself.
We just came back from a birthday-trip to WI, where we presented our friend with the hoodie: he loved it!
Thx to all of you, for that great design-work, for a quality article of clothing, and for on-time delivery. I’ll be happy to recommend you to other potential customers.
