How rapidly you react to communications, and the willingness to work with the customer, versus telling them what they should do. The quality and selection of garments is very good, and the techniques used (DTF and DTG) allow for different types of results. Perhaps venturing into other products (stickers, posters, mugs, etc) might help you become more of a one-stop-shop, but it's better to do a few things very well, than to try to be everything to everyone.
I have purchased three shirts in all done very professionally. The team was very professional price was outstanding and I will be using their services again. It’s very comfortable to see good customer service.

Very professional, quality shirts and quick turnaround. Only issue is I wish the picture were centered higher on the shirt--it was about 4-5" below neckline, and I'm very short, so it looked a little odd. But it was the perfect shirt to wear to our son's 50th birthday party!
