I loved what your designer did with my mundane "design" for my brother-in-law's t-shirt. I sent you "Pickleball Paul" (he turned 80 but is still vicious on the court) and you turned it into something much more fun and inventive. The interesting part of this story is that it was not at all clear to me that your designer was going to be involved. I was quite happy with "Pickleball Paul" and was fairly mystified when my phone contact informed me that "the designer is still working on it." In fact, I think I even said, "Well, it's only two words, so how hard can that be?" For some reason I didn't really understand from your website that you were going to have a lot more fun with Paul's t-shirt than I had envisioned. When I picked it up I was alternately astounded, surprised, and totally delighted! What the designer created was MUCH more fun than what I had proposed. So my only advice to you is to make sure your website makes clear that a designer is going to take someone's mundane proposal and do a lot of creative things with it!

We love that the staff is very helpful and responsive. Our school used to use a big name textile company for our orders, and we got very tired of the sales game. It's not fun to hear from salesman only until the order is placed, and then to feel ignored. Big Frog has been exactly what we wanted and need.
