Um, it's almost alarmingly simple: Your people communicate extremely well with the customer to eliminate all guesswork regarding what a shirt will look like, how long it will take and how much each shirt will cost. I especially appreciated the sample shirts that were used to show me what the translucent inks would look like on darker shirts with or without the white underlay being printed.
The online order form is simple and easy to understand, which I also appreciated. I suppose the bottom line is that you take customer service very seriously, and so that makes being on the customer end of things a genuine pleasure. I will recommend "Big Frog" to any of my friends who are looking to get some t-shirts made.

Great customer service.

The shirts are very nice, and you delivered on your promises with a deadline.
I would just suggest better communication upfront on what is expected from the customer in terms of payment. That part of the process was unnecessarily complicated.

Love the brand of t shirts used. This was my first experience with ordering a custom printed shirt. It was such a smooth easy process. The designer did a great job of communicating with me. She was patient with all my changes and additions. The surprise birthday shirts were a huge success. The recipient loved them, and we all looked adorable in them for our event. I would highly recommend this company!
