Customer Testimonials
We had a wonderful experience working with Big Frog of Canton for our promotional hats. From the very beginning, communication was quick, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They worked diligently to meet our deadline and ensured everything shipped on time.
They also provided proofs throughout the process and were very accommodating in helping us achieve the exact look and style we were hoping for. Their guidance and suggestions made the process smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend them for any of your promotional product or custom apparel needs!
Very good customer service and I was very pleased with my purchase. The quality is top tier
Great service!
Clear communication on expectations, punctual with their service and delivery, and have always under promised and overdelivered. I highly recommend their services.
easy, good quality, friendly service.
It's not just that you do good work, which you do, but that you are supportive and efficient. You keep specialized designs on file for a remake. And when we had a problem with a child-size shirt at the last minute, you did everything to make it work out for us. Thank you.
Good quality, generous sizing

Me gusta mucho, muy buen trabajo, mucha calidad y eficiencia. Excelente atención y tienen mucha paciencia para ayudarte con los diseños.! Responsables y respetuosos, recomiendo este lugar 100%
The tee shirt that I ordered was high quality and the printing of my design was also high quality. The Big Frog staff was enormously helpful throughout the whole process and replied to questions quickly, usually within an hour or less. And the price for a custom designed shirt was more than fair.
They were very efficient and delivered a high quality product! Will definitely use them again!!
