everything went smooth, the bride set everything up so all i had to do was get fitted and then pick it up. everything was correct and fit me nicely. the return was even easier
Excellent customer service, answered questions, showed us how it would look with different colors of bow tie or shoes or pant hem. Professional and efficient within the time we started and able to follow up with everyone in the changing room.

I only deducted 1 point in my rating because the store is very small and can be extremely cramped and chaotic and the parking lot is very small and limited as well. The staff members who helped me are great and did their best to assist me and give me their full attention.
