We are very satisfied with the amazing service we received here. Very friendly professional staff. The store was busy due to all of the proms coming up the following weekend. But you couldn't tell the fitting was done super quick awesome set up with the check in and check out. My son found the exact tuxedo he was looking for and was able to match his girlfriends dress color perfectly. Pick up was easy ready for us before the time given. The drop off was super simple dropped everything off and out in 5 mins or less. We will be back for sure.
Cale was fantastic with the fitting and very courteous. Pick up and return went flawlessly. Very happy!

James was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of finding our suits for our bridal party. He made the entire process much less daunting and a fun part of the wedding planning experience. The ability to have all members of the bridal party pick up from one place was great!

Simple fast. Everything fit I didn't need to alter anything. Love it.
The people there are amazing! It was kind of chaotic given it being prom season so there was a little bit of a wait but definitely organized. They also checked on us alot to make sure we understood our place in line on their computer very helpful details about different suits and styles.
I really appreciated the availability of items rented and the customer service i had the day we had our fittings. The store was very organized and made every effort to get all the customers in and complete their orders in a timely manner due to the overwhelming needs of the surrounding communities up coming events! It is always nice supporting a family businesses who really take the time and care about its customers!

Great customer service
Everything except the QR sign in . The young man was rude . When i explained i couldn't and didn't know how to use it . He said just sit down and wait.
Other customers came in and checked in on it . They were helped first ., even though they arrived afterwards.
I understand that technology is becoming more and more the new norm everyday.
What happened to good old customer service?
Especially for people like myself who are technology challenged.
Not all of the aging population is technologically savvy.
If not for the help of the other lady from the back .
I'm not sure we would have even received quality from him.
He was down right rude. Looked irritated that I couldn't use the APP.
Than proceeded to ignore us and make me feel dumb.
I really hope this is not what Friar Tux is coming to.
That would be a shame . Ive been coming to the store
since high school.
The gentleman who helped me in a stressful situation was beyond helpful. Incredibly courteous, read my mind what I needed, and found a solution quickly, easily, and with kindness. I wish most business were as efficient as you guys! Hope you can find who helped me...
They were available and at a location near my home. All products displayed were available and exactly as advertised.

My son's prom suit was all done and ready for pick up days before they said. No alterations were needed, the measurements were spot on. He looked wonderful, and got a ton of compliments. We returned it on time, and gathered everything according to the checklist. The process was fast and efficient. We would definitely use this biz again!!!
