Great service from beginning to end. Fitting stylist was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Final fitting and pick up went well, small hiccup with the pants. Staff placed new order and came back 2 days later to pick up new pants and change in bow tie color. Drop off was very quick and easy.

I was given great service and looked great in my Tux rental (wife said so). I don't always carry a phone, so the check-in QR code system might deter some boomers from using Friar Tux.

You have a GREAT staff, very personable, knowledgeable and professional!. The organizational skills were extremely impressive!! Everything just flowed from the minute I walked in, through the check-in process, choosing type of tux, including explanation of making a certain selection along with the colors for the accessories.The measurements were taken with concern as to exactly how I wanted the entire ensemble to both Fit and Look. The delivery of the tux and try-on was quick, and thorough..it fit perfectly! Returning process was quick and easy! I will gladly recommend Friar Tux of Vista!! 100° ☆☆☆☆☆

The process of renting a tux was very simple and affordable. The selection of tux were awesome and the fitting process was easy. Also, the drop off process and email reminders we're very good.
The Manager has trained her staff to know his/her job. We walked into the store on a very busy Thursday afternoon, I counted 52 people in & out of the store. The crew had a fabulous system down helping and explaining what and when it will be our turn and trying on the pieces of suits. The manager was taking care of small issues, making sure her crew were taking breaks and having them rotate. I (mamma) wanted to help hang up clothes or something but they all worked together so nice and were getting guests out. I was totally impressed! I also love the location on Jackson Dr. We have been coming for three generations. Please thank the staff for us.
