I hired you guys to do all of the suits / Texas from my wedding day. Because of an error of the person who originally set up my order, half of the suits for the completely wrong color and size. The short of it is that the groom and the best man did not look their best on the big day.
I spoke to customer service and they assured me that they would be emailing the manager of the branch, Cole. It took Cole about a week to get back to me, but once he did, he completely acknowledged all of my grievances and gave me a full refund for those suits, he also asked if he would allow them to put a credit on my account so that in the future, they could have another shot at doing it right. The moral of this story is, customer service plays a huge part in a business. I will definitely be returning

I have used Friar Tux twice this year and I have loved my experience with them both times. Earlier in the year my daughter had her sweet 16, and went with Friar Tux for all the tuxedos for the family. I recently used them again for a graduation, the service was just as awesome as the first time. I highly recommend them.
