Nice facility.

This studio is fantastic! I especially loved our instructor, Alice. The rhythm of the class is perfect — the movements are fun yet challenging, and the music keeps you energized the whole time. There isn't a dull moment. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a great workout and an overall enjoyable experience with an experienced and passionate instructor.

I love the ease of just showing up and getting a good work out in without having to think of sequences or sets!

Excellent facility. First-rate instructors and a wide range of classes throughout the day make this a worthwhile studio for membership. From beginner to experienced, it's clear that the instructors can teach to (practice with) a varied range of students as the classes include modifications and clear instructions.

Mary is a great C1 instructor. I hope she teaches more C1 classes at either Redwood City or San Mateo

Mary was adorable, helpful, and supportive for us first-timers. It was hard but fun. She checked in with us before and after class. It's great to walk into a studio and feel that welcomed!

Mary is an amazing yoga instructor! She makes every class feel welcoming and peaceful. I love how she explains each pose clearly and helps everyone at their own pace. Her energy is calming, and I always leave feeling refreshed and stronger. Highly recommend her classes!

I started going to CorePower Yoga the beginning of the year and I absolutely love it. All the instructors are knowledgeable and have their own unique practice. The more I went to CorePower, the more I noticed positive changes in my body and stress level.

Neha at Redwood City was the most phenomenal teacher! Very intuitive cues, unique variations, perfect musicality, and great energy.

I have enjoyed all of the classes that I take. The instructors are great! Classes are challenging but I also feel that I can modify for where I am at in my practice. I can come as I am and feel great about that. I am always glad I came!

The instructor is great!

I love the weekly community yoga which I took because of my shoulder/arm injury. This was a moderate yoga flow which is accomodated to all levels.

Love Redwood City locations! So clean and friendly! Would love to have more sculpt classes offered on Fri morning please!

Great teachers

Instructor was excellent: Clear, active and offering options based on level of student. The room is well-spaced and clean. My experience is with SoCal CorePower studios and this one rates in the upper quartile as a facility compared to those.

I’m truly grateful for the community class offered by the studio—it’s been such a welcoming and pressure-free experience. The instructor, Jessica, is wonderful, and her genuine passion for teaching shines through every session. I love the location and the facility, but what truly sets this studio apart is how respectful and supportive they are. Unlike other studios I’ve encountered, I never felt any pressure from the staff or company to sign up for paid classes, which means so much to me. Core Power’s inclusive and warm environment makes it a place I look forward to coming back to. When my budget allows, this will definitely be my first choice for a yoga studio.
