My yin class on Tuesday night was amazing. Loved the instructor and class room. Left feeling great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that at quite a few moments during the class you could employees talking and loudly cleaning with vacuums and rolling carts. Sadly this took away some of the zen atmosphere in the classroom. Otherwise a phenomenal experience:) looking forward to returning

Love the studio and staff. I get a great yoga workout and it is the style I love- power vinyasa. Like the large and small yoga rooms and the natural lighting.

Absolutely recommend this Core Power Yoga Studio, in my opinion the best in the South Bay. I have been doing CrossFit the last 3 years and really noticed my mobility needed improvement in order to get to the next level in certain movements. I decided to try Core Power Yoga and it was the right decision. I've tried different studios from Winchester, to Campbell, to Palo Alto, to Santa Clara Square (really good 12:30 Sat class), even out in Walnut Creek. All of them have something good and something not so great. I judge them by the size of their studios, the cleanliness of the changing rooms, the level of professionalism and flow of their instructors, and the regular yogis that attend class. After 2.5 months of 3-4 days a week, I can say that Redwood City CPY has it all. The studios are absolutely the largest I've seen so there's PLENTY of space and they even put markers on the floor so you know where to lay your mat and you're not bumping into anyone. The facilities are always clean and always being cleaned when I'm there. The instructors are on point! Chase, Ashley, Zoe, Jennifer..the list goes on. Amazing and they push you hard but actually teach at the same time, they don't move so fast that you can't keep up. Plus they all remember to bring in a true meditation/namaste experience to the class so it does not feel like you are at a chain yoga studio, it's actually YOGA! Plus they do a lot of community events for their members. They have a running group that meets weekly and they even do beach cleanings with members every so often with stretch yoga sessions on the beach. I've stopped going to other studios, except maybe Santa Clara every now and then, because really there is no need. I really recommend this Core Power Yoga studio, you won't be disappointed.

I love coming to sculpt classes in RWC, My two requests are---
Could we please have 6:00 am sculpt class MWF (T /TH would be great too!). I notice that many people have to leave class before the end and I suspect it's due to timing to get to work. I think you have quite a few teachers in that am class and we have to be at work early!
My other request is an early morning sculpt class on Sat/Sun. 9:00 is to late. 7:00am would be ideal.

RWC CorePower is my favorite. I love the teachers and the studio is amazing! Everyone is welcoming and they always have fun themed classes and events.

Love the space and the teachers. I appreciate that the sculpt early morning classes are at 6:15 MWF. 6:00 am would be even better. Many of us leave early because of early work schedules.

Also, could we please have an earlier sculpt class on Saturday and Sunday? Sculpt at 7am or 8:00 would be soooo much better. That way we still have all day for errands, fun, etc. When we get out of yoga at 10am, then have to shower —- it’s 11:00 at the earliest before we can move on with weekend plans.

Enough space to move around and teachers are wonderful

Redwood City is my favorite location of the Peninsula studios. Th studio is very spacious, clean, and bright. There’s a wide variety of classes and offerings that fit any schedule. I was a member for a majority of 2023 while I lived nearby for personal reasons and have been a loyal student of CorePower for many years. I enjoy all of the instructors especially Anna, Glo, Zoe, Madi, Caroline, Ruth, Jessica and Ashley. They are amazing!

Bummed that the class passes have an expiry date now. There are no CorePower studios with 150 miles of my home town. I like to preload my account so they when I travel and have classes available on my account. $38 for a drop is just crazy.

I love the workouts and the instructors. I also enjoy the big room with sky lights. I do wish for earlier sculpt classes M-F at 6:00am or 6:15am. Sat and Sun at 7am or 8am would also be great.

Great class and teacher!

Chase's classes are amazing and he's a great teacher. He weaves beautiful flows with challenging asanas that always leaves me fulfilled with my practice. He holds space for traditional yoga fundamentals and it's something more teachers should do to honor more aspects of the practice.

Studio space is incredibly nice and the instructors are amazing!!!
