The instructors are terrific and the environment of the studios is welcoming. I have visited at least 5 studios and have enjoyed all of them - they all are a little different (the vibe, atmosphere, teachers) but the overall quality of the program/workout is outstanding, which works perfectly for me.

I love Glo’s HPF class

I am so happy to have found CorePower Yoga. Signing up for all access was the best decision I've made in years. I can stream a class before work and then head to the studio in the afternoon for in-person yoga. The music is great and the staff is super fun and helpful.

Easy access with free parking...Yay!! I like the studio rooms with high ceilings. The teachers are great...supportive and encouraging. It is apparent the teachers enjoy what they do.
I wish there were more early am (6a or 6:30a) classess.

I had a regular CPY practice several years ago in CO. Finally settled and coming back to CPY feels like coming home.

Great community, quiet studio, clean facilities, easy parking. RWC is a brand new studio that has not gotten the love it deserved...it opened its doors only a few weeks before the pandemic forced it to close them again. The studio is brand spanking new, has big lofty ceilings, lots of space, and isn't all that busy. Worth popping in for a flow, any time of day.

Core Power Yoga has so many classes in the area, I can find one that fits my schedule. I love the warm studios - the heat relaxes my body and helps me maximize the stretches. While there is a consistent approach among the teachers, each brings their own personality to the class, which keeps things engaging.

Its very good for beginners as well as experienced people!!

The Redwood City studio is gorgeous! I liked the infrared panels and how they kept consistent heat throughout the class. I took a class with Theresa and she was great! She explained everything well and provided plenty of options for everyone in the class.

Excellent class! I went to a Hot Power Fusion and really enjoyed the class and instructor. She we very knowledgeable. The studio is beautiful too! I highly recommend trying a class!
