I love the convenience of reserving a spot, entering facility, and finalizing payment and exiting the facility with their automation. Buses appear to have been upgraded for Will Clayton #1 location, easing ride over terrible IAH roads. The drivers are very friendly and helpful with luggage, and there are an appropriate number of buses picking up at terminals.

The scanner at The Parking Spot 1 was not reading the QR code on my phone. The attendant in the booth quickly resolved the problem. I was on my way in a matter of seconds.
