I miss the old Park N Fly but the parking spot is doing fairly well. Shuttle pick up after parking was fast, although pick up at the airport was a little longer than I’m used to. I’m also spoiled because PNF in Oakland is better. The gentleman who drove the shuttle for my pick up was friendly, talkative, and helpful with my baggage. I find the pricing a bit high compared to competitive offerings around SFO

I have used the Parking Spot for 40 years and I have never not appreciated this business. You leave your car and you know it will be safe until you return. Port Columbus is very fortunate to have this business accessible.

Everything was good

The prices have really risen over the last 2 years. I mainly used the Parking Spot because the daily price was about $12 or $13 per day and I could have my truck washed too. Now the daily rate is $16 - $17 per day and the car wash option is no longer available. It's about even for me to catch an Uber now. I chose Uber the last 2 trips.
Service is good though.

I love your proximity to the terminals and the ease of self check in and checkout. I love the fact that you have covered parking available. I've been using PS3 for many years. However, it seems like we are experiencing much longer wait times for a shuttle at the airport on arrival these days and many of the shuttle drivers open the door and just look straight ahead and offer no help with the luggage when boarding or when arriving at our parking spot. Prices keep going up and the level of service seems to be declining.

There is rarely longer than a ten minute delay in shuttles from the airport. There is rarely longer than a five minute delay in shuttle arrival to get to the airport.
